Hello, this is M, the concept-cafe writer.
The second Shinjuku shop is Villains. People who like Disney or My Hero Academia might know this, but a "villain" is a bad guy.
This shop's concept is that the princesses (the cast) play pranks on the princes (or princesses) who have wandered into the concept cafe. It was a mysterious concept cafe whose concept you sort of get but sort of don't, that sort of comes across but sort of doesn't.
The shop has a dark image, fitting for villains. But you know, this shop is actually quite a "bad" one. Even though I'm on a diet, they serve up insanely delicious food!
The menu changes daily, and the cast handmakes it for you directly, what luxury! It's also quite a hearty portion, guaranteed to fill up even a man! Since it's a concept cafe, the prices are a bit steep, but even accounting for that, it's cheap and delicious!
The day I went, it was the "Mixed Karaage Set Meal." This is something you're better off seeing for yourself, I think. It was a healthy meal, and the salad came first, and since I love salad and was hungry, I wolfed it down.
And I properly photographed the main dish. The fried chicken came in two kinds with different seasonings, plus fried mackerel. With miso soup and rice set alongside (and the rice was a big portion), how luxurious.
It was so delicious that I ended up making a membership card. (The top is the membership card. The bottom is the point card.)
Personally, this is a shop I thought I'd like to come back to, with food delicious enough to rank in my top three. I guess you could say they grabbed me by the stomach.
